The ServiceAIRapVideoGen provides configurable tools and services for processing permitted user inputs and delivering requested digital outputs. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, providers, pages, or generation options.3. Accounts and SecurityProvide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, use only your own account, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for activity through your account. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, security violations, or material breaches.4. User Content and UploadsYou retain ownership of images, videos, audio, text, prompts, lyrics, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, moderate, process, and display content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.You represent that you own or have permission to use uploaded content and have permission from people shown or identified. Do not upload content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.Public Listings and Directory SubmissionsIf the Service provides a tool directory, navigation site, marketplace, public gallery, or submission workflow, you may submit only accurate, lawful, and authorized listing information.We may review, edit, categorize, reject, de-index, remove, or suspend a listing that contains misleading information, links to harmful content, infringes rights, is abusive, or violates our quality and safety rules. Publication does not constitute endorsement, verification, or certification.5. AI OutputsAI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to other output, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that output is unique, accurate, commercially safe, error-free, or free from third-party rights claims. Review output before publishing, selling, advertising, or relying on it.6. Acceptable UseYou may not create unlawful content, exploitative sexual content involving minors, harassment, deceptive impersonation, infringing content, malware, fraud, violence, or self-harm content; circumvent safety filters or limits; scrape or overload the Service; create accounts to abuse promotions; or resell the Service without permission.We may refuse, block, remove, or withhold content that violates these rules or creates risk.7. Paid Services and CreditsPrices, credits, limits, features, and offers are shown before purchase and may change. Credits are not cash and are not transferable unless expressly allowed.The Service displays the applicable credit cost before a paid generation begins.8. Refunds and Failed RequestsRefunds, cancellations, failed generations, duplicate charges, unused credits, and payment issues are governed by our Refund Policy.Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.9. Third-Party ServicesThe Service may rely on AI, payment, cloud storage, login, analytics, email, security, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.10. Intellectual PropertyThe Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to AIRapVideoGen. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.11. Availability and ChangesThe Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular model, provider, generation speed, or continued availability of any feature. We may update these Terms and will update the Last updated date.12. Suspension and TerminationYou may stop using the Service or request account deletion through our contact page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risks, rights infringement, or misuse. Clauses that should survive termination continue.13. DisclaimersTo the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties. We do not warrant that the Service or generated content will be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from third-party claims.14.
